Eligibility for Refunds
- Before kit dispatch: Full refund within 48 hours of order
- After kit dispatch, before sample collection: Refund minus shipping costs
- After sample collection: No refund (sample processing has begun)
- Lab error: Full refund or free re-test
How to Request a Refund
- Contact your genetic counselor or email refunds@genelab.com
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Non-Refundable
- Tests where samples have been processed
- Consultation fees (counseling is free)
- Tests ordered through insurance (contact your insurer)
