By using GeneLab's services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GeneLab provides genetic testing services under the guidance of certified genetic counselors. All testing is performed in our CAP/CLIA/ISO 15189 accredited laboratory.

3. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information, follow sample collection instructions, consult with your genetic counselor about results, and not use results for self-diagnosis.

4. Consent

Informed consent is required before any testing. You may withdraw consent at any time, which will halt processing and initiate sample deletion per our withdrawal cascade policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Genetic testing results are for informational purposes and should be interpreted by qualified healthcare professionals. GeneLab is not liable for decisions made based on test results without professional medical guidance.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed per our Refund Policy.
